We arrived home from Vegas on Sunday after having a blast with our families (Mahalo Gary, Meg, Alex, Lisa, Grant & Danielle - pics coming soon), and I happen to be throwing out some trash when I saw the newest addition to the family...

Jude King, for those who know the name but don't fully understand the legend is an absolutely amazing guy! Not only is he a wonderful friend with a wonderful family (you'll see Sarah, Josh & himself frequently in pics on the blog), he is talented at everything he does! Jude made this tiki, his 5th I believe, as a birthday present and it's phenomenal! Thanks Jude, you the man!

If anyone would like a hand carved tiki, that's about 4 1/2 to 5 feet tall, and is absolutely amazing, give me a holler and I'll get you in touch with Jude. He makes phenomenal tiki's & uber rad skateboards that ride smooth as butter!

So I had to post another picture of the insanely awesome Tiki Jude did, seriously, amazing!

It's month end too, so tomorrow and Wednesday are going to be late days at work but thankfully, Thursday through Sunday we'll be going out of town this weekend, which we're REALLY looking forward to! It's going to be a blast, like a ridiculous amount of fun, I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it, I know, i know, i know...

I'm sure there will be a picture or two from the trip, I'll make sure to post some, but that also means no posting on Thursday / Friday.

As many of you know, I'm a huge sucker for a few things, My girls, video games, Star Wars, and anything Hawaiian, especially anything Tiki related.

This Tiki was hand carved from a 40 inch piece of wood... in one day... and this is the first time ever carving a tiki. The person responsible for this is crazy talented, like beyond talented, gifted to the Nth degree in everything!! He's also extremely humble and is a great guy honestly!

Jude (of Jude & Sarah, Peeps at the Beach, and the most recent belly shot - that was Sarah, not Jude of course :D) is that talented!! He has an amazing list of talents, such as custom skateboards, longboards specifically, and now tiki carving. This is his first one people, his first carving EVER!! It's so awesome! He really is talented at everything he does and is an awesome guy to boot.
