My friends Jude & Sarah, I don't know what more I can say about them besides - they continue to be awesome beyond words & their son, Josh, is getting more handsome each day. It's so great to see both Sarah & Jude around Josh and how all involved light up at the sight of each other. You may remember the Kings from one of their many shoots or mentions on the blog, next to Jess & Charlie, they are the most photographed people I have in my library! Here's a brief history...

World, meet Joshua. Joshua, the world... now watch out! This little guy is the son of our great friends, Sarah & Jude (as seen in many posts, recently the firepit and Joshua making a in utero appearance on the Monterey trip).

During the wrap up party, we did a quick shoot with Joshua... while my contacts (last pair) were fogged up to the point I couldn't really see... but I think they turned out amazing! He's such a big boy already, he's a handsome little man!!

Congratulation Sarah & Jude, he's a wonderful, not so little guy! I'm looking forward to he and Charlie (along with quite a few others) causing a ruckus together :)

Just a quick post, today is a day in which someone was born, this said person has wicked awesome talents including tiki carving, skateboard making, video editing and all around radness! This person is also extremely humble and doesn't really like the attention - and I'm hoping I don't get pummeled for this :)

Happy birthday though my friend, you truly are an awesome guy and I hope you have the best year yet! And just to help deflect, here are some other pictures :)

: Monterey trip

I'm sure there will be more later, but I'm including some of my favorites and then a slideshow of some more of my favorites, so many great pictures and great stories, it was an absolute blast! I nabbed the above picture on the way up, I loved the hills with the yellow and the amazing tree, took a gamble at 70 mph and I LOVE how it turned out!!

From the "EEEEE" of Jess in pictures (that was passed on to all of us) to the great Hot Mess debate to the little kid you'll see walking up a sandy hill. This was after the little man was going absolutely NUTS screaming "I want my swim trunks!" and then proceeding to throw his shoes and socks in the ocean. It was a pretty phenomenal tantrum to say the least!!

This was an AMAZING spot, chairs just sitting out in the river, the cold, COLD, COOOOLD river, but it was so perfect!! So I had to grab a couple of pics of the peeps...

A shame they don't love each other so much (said with ExTREME sarcasm!)


Stevenson house, which had a beautiful garden and a creepy upstairs that's supposed to be haunted. Of course, that area is roped off and it did feel a little chilly right there... weird!
